Booking Procedure: Booking is on a first-come-first-served basis. To confirm participation we require a $500./person non-refundable deposit. If the program date is 60 days or less from the time of request, full payment is required. No deposit or payment is processed until your participation has been confirmed. If we cannot confirm the tour, we will offer you alternatives before we charge your credit card. Final payment for confirmed programs is due 60 days prior to the start of the program. To book a program, please fill out this form and submit it using our secure server. Click here for information about credit card safety. If you are paying by check you must fill out the form, print it, sign it, and fax it to us with a copy of your check, then mail us the check. We regret that we cannot request or confirm a booking without your payment information. Payment for the tour constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
