In the heart of Sorrento's world-famous shopping district, this elevator building was stunningly restored in 2003. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Old Town, and only 300 yards from the station for trains to Pompeii and Naples, as well as from the docks for boats to Positano, Capri and Amalfi. The 16 brand new air-conditioned luxury apartments have bright, airy, spotless rooms furnished with excellent Italian design pieces and upholstered in calm, muted tones. All apartments also offer central heating, and there are big bathtubs with wall showers and glass doors, full-length mirror, hair dryer, towel warmer and magnifying mirror in all the bathrooms.

There are two kinds of apartments in the building. The smaller ones measure 485 sq. ft. and sleep 2+2 people. They have a spacious living room with double sleep sofa, dining area and ultra-modern kitchenette, a bedroom with queen or two twin beds, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower. The larger apartments measure 645 sq. ft. and also have a second double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub/shower. All the apartments have a wall safe, as well as satellite TV and telephone in both the living room and bedroom. The kitchenettes have a cooktop, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and plenty of cookware. Finally, each apartment has a private balcony with table and chairs.

You do not need a car to stay here. By train, you can reach Sorrento in an hour from the central railway station of Naples, via the Circumvesuviana train. If you arrive by plane, there is a bus from Capodichino airport to the center of Sorrento. If you are arriving from Rome, there is bus service twice daily from the Tibertina station in Rome, arriving about 500 yards from the building.
