Advantages: Very spacious, with typical local characteristics that make it quite charming. Close to the vaporetto. Every kind of shopping is within 5 minutes' walk.
Disadvantages: Up one short flight of stairs, and the staircase in the apartment is open, so not ideal for young children.
Car needed: Never!
